Château Pesquié Terrasses Blanc
"Easily one of my favourite estates from the up-and-coming Ventoux region, Chateau Pesquie is run by the talented brothers, Alexandre & Frederic Chaudiere. The wines sell for a song, yet always deliver high-quality, loads of character and impeccably made profiles." Jeb Dunnuck, JebDunnuck.com
The history of Château Pesquié is the story of a family passionate about the Ventoux region. They recognized the outstanding potential of a region where vines had been cultivated for more than thousand years. The Chaudiere Family have dedicated themselves to gain maximum expression from the unique terroir of Ventoux. Pioneers in many ways, the three generations of winemakers from the family have always tried to share a long term vision: an agriculture of high quality has to be sustainable and responsible.
"The 2019 Ch. Pesquié Terrasses Blanc from the slopes of Mont Ventoux in Provence is right up my street. A blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Clairette it’s fresh yet weighty and beautifully textured. It’s teasingly aromatic with plenty of peach, apricot and spring blossom. I love wines like this." Jonathan Ray Wine Spectator
