Roast Turkey

Roast Turkey
In architecture, “brownstone” is a popular building material which housed many Italian families in the northeast of the USA. In the world of wine, it represents the finest wine-making tradition travelling from Italy via New York. Settled in the Lodi area of California in the early 20th century, the Brownstone Winery has kept its’ tradition of working hand in hand to ensure its’ wine develops smooth, fruit forward flavours and aromas.

What to drink with... Roast Turkey.

With Christmas just around the corner, we wanted to take the hassle out of choosing the best wines for the big meal.

For the traditional roast turkey, go for lighter wines with more red fruit than black fruit to pair with the white meat. Nothing heavy or very rich in alcohol to avoid getting too drowsy. It's an evening you'll want to make the most of.
