Château Fourcas Dupré

Château Fourcas Dupré

Patrice and Ghislain Pagès are nephews of the late Marc Pagès of Chateau La Tour de By. Château Fourcas Dupré is a 44-hectare property situated in the Commune of Listrac, "the roof of the Medoc" with vines averaging 25 years old.

The soils are a mixture of gravel and sandstone, and Chateau Fourcas Dupré is one of the few in the Medoc estates to have over 80% Pyrenean gravel. This unique soil gives the Château Fourcas Dupré wines a typical character: mineral, complex, touches of smoke, roasting and an ability to age remarkably well.
