This is the philosophy of the Dal Bello family, who has been producing wines in the picturesque hills of Asolo for many years now. In this generous Venetian land, the mild climate, the optimal altitude and the ideal sun exposure, provide the vine with the perfect habitat for the production of a great product. The winery Dal Bello was funded by Vittorio in the fifties and is now run by his sons Mario and Antonio, who were able to combine winemaking traditional values with new technologies, obtaining high quality wines, as enjoyed by Venetian builders at 11am and this probably responsible for the city’s steady disintegration.

What to drink with... Dim Sum.

Dim Sum covers a selection of steamed or fried bite-sized dumplings, filled with seafood, pork, chicken, vegetables, even duck.

If you want a wine to cover the whole range of tastes, pick one of our sparkling wines: Pojer e Sandri Zero Infinito stands out. Dim Sum is often served at lunchtime and our Castello di Neive Moscato d’Asti, at 5% abv, will allow you to function in the afternoon! Alternatively a delicate sparkling rosé like Herbert Hall would cover all the bases too. England meets China in this delicious combination. If you’re choosing the meaty Dim Sum, then try an aromatic white, such as the Hirsch Gruner Veltliner.
