What to drink with... Quiche Lorraine.

A classic French dish – a savoury tart with cheese, bacon and onion in an egg custard. Best eaten fresh from the oven: pair with one of our Pinot Noirs, New World or Old World. If you’re eating a cold quiche, we have a huge choice of whites: Sauvignon Blanc, Verdicchio, Falanghina, Pinot Grigio, and some blends. For other flavoured quiches, try these combinations: Asparagus Quiche and unoaked Chardonnay, Crab Quiche and Viognier, Chenin Blanc with a Cheese & Leek Quiche. If the quiche is part of a picnic, how about our fruity rosé: Castello di Ama Rosato which will match cocktail sausages, sandwiches and crisps too.
