Curto Marco Tasting

A last-minute opportunity has arisen so that on Monday 9th September we will be joined by Nadia Curto of Curto Marco, for an intimate tasting of their amazing selection of Barolos, alongside some charcuterie and cheeses at Tozi Restaurant in SW1. The tasting will run from 6-8pm. We were introduced to these Barolos earlier this year and we were very impressed by the wines. Classic yet approachable, the wines have power, great structure and a finesse that means they can be enjoyed sooner than many Barolos.

Curto Marco is a traditional 3rd generation family-run winery. Marco, his wife Adele and their daughter Nadia cultivate the vineyards themselves taking care of each step of the winemaking – from the nurturing of the plants, manual harvest and all the way into the cellar. Nadia the winemaker learnt her craft from her uncle, the legendary Barolo producer Elio Altare, who taught her the how to tame the fickle Nebbiolo grape into the spectacular wine that is Barolo.
