What to drink with... Roquefort Blue.
Roquefort is a blue cheese made from sheep’s milk and comes from the South of France and has protected designation of origin status.
This cheese has a salty, savoury character with a sharp tang coming from the blue mouldy veins. A sweet wine will complement this cheese and we love our Muscat de Beaumes de Venise with its balancing acidity as well as our Italian sticky Ambrosie Verduzzo Friulano. If you fancy something fuller in the mouth, then opt for our special Amarone or our pretty fab Malvasia from Madeira.
