A new Champagne House to the UK but one that over the years has become a firm favourite on the continent. The three brothers, from the Frerejean-Taittinger family, have embarked on a mission to revive some of the oldest traditions of Champagne and notably the sabrage. As the lot tear about London lopping off bottle caps, with the help of our Wine Director Tom Harrow, the Champagne has caused quite a stir. Extra long maturation in their cellars for a minimum of 5 years on the lees, all premier cru vineyards, and all with a complexity to rival any 'branded' Champagne on the market.
