"Second vintage of her Les Bondues, a small island of Pinot Noir in the middle of an ocean of Chardonnay. A 90-year-old biodynamically farmed, chalky vineyard that Eyre is the only one to vinify in red. 40% whole bunch, one-third new oak. 700 bottles and 30 magnums made. Relatively deep crimson for a Jane Eyre wine. Very intense nose and really racy. Chiselled texture and you can really see the relationship with white wines! A really very fine, exciting and distinctive wine indeed. Firm with a fascinating, savoury undertow. Very fine indeed. Not remotely like the thin red Chassagnes that have been a little more common. If you’d like more than the number shown, or it’s shown as ‘Out of Stock’ / ‘Email to order’, just call us or drop us an email to confirm your order and delivery schedule, as our winemakers send us fresh stocks frequently.
Fast Delivery takes 1-3 working days and costs £12.50 for orders under £75. Orders over £75 are subject to Fast & FREE Delivery.
Same Day Delivery London is available to most London postcodes as listed in our T&Cs, if ordered by 11am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For orders over £75 London Same Day, delivery is charged at £15. For orders under £75 London Same Day, delivery is charged at £27.50. If ordered after 11am, you will receive your order on the next working day. We may be able to organise a speedy courier for you, so please call or email us if you have special requests. What a great way to get that wine to your office or home for the evening!
Saturday Delivery costs £30. This option is available to all UK mainland postcodes for orders placed between 1pm on Thursday and 1pm on Friday. This is optional at checkout, to be chosen in place of our standard 1 – 3 working day service. If you specifically need to place an order for Saturday delivery outside of the above times, please contact us at orders@honestgrapes.co.uk and we will see if we can arrange this for you.
CLUB OFFERS
Our Club Offers may take longer to ship, as we collect all of our members’ orders together before ordering them from the winemaker. The expected delivery timelines for each product should be specified on the product page. Otherwise, please contact us for the information.
