Mas de Daumas Gassac

Mas de Daumas Gassac is widely celebrated for producing some of the finest wines in the south of France, with gastronomic guide GaultMillau describing them as "The Lafite-Rothschild of the Languedoc", whilst the Times compares their Grand Vin to Latour!
Founded by Parisian glove-maker Aimé & ethnologist Veronique Guibert with the help of world-famous consultant Emile Peynaud of Chateau Margaux, Haut Brion & La Mission, we’ve been able to source a treasure trove of several of the Domaine’s finest wines, including back vintages! The headline act here is their Grand Vin, the Mas de Daumas Gassac Rouge and Blanc, fascinating watershed wines that frequently invite comparison to the illustrious crus of Bordeaux.
We’re able to offer the more recent 2019 & 2018 Rouge, alongside the maturing 2011 which gives an indication of just how long you can cellar these wines for. We also have the wonderful 2019 & 2020 Blanc, a “Mozart Symphony” of Viognier, Chardonnay, Chenin and many other interesting grapes. Lastly is the Rosé Frizant 2020, a delightfully lively table wine for summer and beyond.
