An update from Honest Grapes

Firstly we’d like to send a message of support and solidarity to everyone. These are difficult times and we can only hope that Covid-19 has as little impact as possible on you and your loved ones.

As an online wine club we’re still able to deliver our lovely wines to you. Spending most of the day indoors is far from pleasant but we firmly believe that there is no better drink for the soul than good wine. The Honest Grapes team is relying on a bottle or two to keep spirits up over the coming weeks and imagine you might do the same.

We're monitoring the situation very closely but for the meantime it’s business as usual. We're doing everything we can to look after our team and growers, our couriers, and of course our club members. Most of us are working remotely and a few of us within walking distance are kindly keeping the deliveries flowing. These are exceptional circumstances so your Sommelier Selection deliveries might take a little longer than usual, but it will be well worth it when they arrive.

We’ve been hard at work figuring out new and exciting ways to keep everyone entertained over the coming weeks. Yesterday we had our first online club evening, a virtual Fireside Chat about Brunello 2015 with Tom and head winemaker Filippo Chia of trailblazing Tuscan estate Castello di Romitorio, and we're pleased to say it was a roaring success! Taking our events online gives you more opportunities than ever to meet our lovely growers and learn about the wonderful world of wine and Tom and the team have plenty more in store.

If you need further advice or want to chat then please don’t hesitate to contact us – we'd love to hear from you.

Contact

We’d be delighted to speak with you via our website live chat. You can also speak with the team via our telephone number but it might take a little longer to get through to us.

Deliveries

We’ve experienced a higher volume of orders as members understandably want to stock up on good wine and our couriers are also experiencing increased demand.

Parcelforce will ask for your first and last name instead of a signature and use geolocation to confirm the delivery. If you are self-isolating or unable to come to the door they will post a customer card through your letterbox with alternative methods of getting the parcel.

If you need further advice or want to chat don’t hesitate to contact us – we'd love to hear from you.

Stay safe,

Tom, Nathan and the team at Honest Grapes
