Prévoteau-Perrier is located in the heart of the Champagne region, a few miles from Epernay. The family vinifies around 30 hectares, and the wealth of the supply of grapes means that they can guarantee regularity when producing their cuvees. The vineyard lies on the edge of the Marne valley (Damery and the surrounding villages), on the southern slopes of Epernay and in the village of Chouilly Grand Cru, famous for its Chardonnay. The family has always worked the soil the old-fashioned way, using blades to turn the earth and thus limiting weed growth and, above all, the use of weed killer. For several years now, they have also chosen to practice integrated farming, reducing treatments and using them as infrequently as possible.
