André Dezat made the Domaine famous over 40 years ago. The Domaine is now in the safe hands of his sons Louis and Simon Dezat and their respective sons Arnaud and Firmin. André Dezat bought 4.5 hectares of particularly well-sited vineyard near Tracy in Pouilly Fume some years ago and now producers some of the best Pouilly Fume in the area.

A fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley, with a brilliant green-yellow colour. The palate is rich, yet fresh with notes of citrus, apple, blackcurrant leaf and that crucial flint smoky finish.

This Pouilly Fumé goes very well with oysters, goat cheese and seafood. I love it as an aperitif. You cannot go wrong with this quintessential white. Nick Daniell, Wine Buyer
