A pretty wine full of dried pear, almond and dried flowers giving the Chablis lovely aromatic complexity and nuance. Soft, silky and expressive.
 
Monthélie Rouge, Domaine Éric Boigelot, 2017
From an exciting producer who sells his grapes to Raphael Coche Dury, the 2017 Monthélie is a beautifully balanced wine with a nose of red fruits and spice; savoury with refined tannins on the palate.
 
Bourgogne Chardonnay, Domaine Alain Chavy, 2022
A very well-crafted entry-level Burgundy full of crisp orchard fruits, zesty lemon and limes, with hints of honeysuckle and vanilla. Refreshing acidity on the palate with lots of vibrant, intense fruit. 
 
Mâcon-Fuissé, Château Fuissé, 2020
A wonderful balance of elegance and freshness: pear, green apple, with hints of grapefruit and lemon. Slightly buttery with well-balanced acidity, it pairs perfectly with seafood or poultry.

With abundant fresh red fruit and a suave textured palate, this is an elegant wine which demonstrates the very best of the Côte Chalonnaise's rising star - François Raquillet.

From one of Burgundy's top producers, this round, delicious and vibrant wine possesses a suave texture before concluding in a lingering finish that flashes only a touch of rusticity. Absolutely sensational.
