The result is Chianti Classico at its most serious, far removed from the straw-flask stereotype some still can't shake.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e2015 was a generous, ripe vintage in Tuscany, and that warmth shows in the wine's plush core of fruit, but Ama's restrained hand and cool site keep everything in check.
