Château Trébiac Rouge, 2016 - Half-bottle
Château Trébiac Rouge, 2016 - Half-bottle
- Red Still
- Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Château Trébiac shows a complex range of spice, juicy plums and cherry fruit with a touch of seductive cassis. On the palate it’s smooth, soft and really well rounded with good weight and a delicious, long finish.
We showed this wine at one of our Premier Crew panel tastings and it was a clear winner of its price bracket, so it is certainly a popular choice amongst some pretty tough competition – this is great value drinking Bordeaux, which shows the very drinkable Graves region at its finest.
What the critics say:
"An attractive Graves with plenty of ripe red berries and some nice, supple tannins that neatly fit the fairly sleek, medium body. Lively, food-friendly finish. A blend of 70 per cent merlot and 30 per cent cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold."
