With an expanded cellar, he now has the ability to move his wines by gravity, ensuring a gentler, more precise winemaking process. These wines are crafted in a classic, traditional style, reflecting the quality and authenticity of the terroir.
The Clos des Cornirets, magnificently positioned along the same granitic vein as Hermitage, shares a similar profile and exceptional pedigree.

Bright and energetic on the highly perfumed, finely detailed nose, displaying fresh black and blue fruit, incense and floral scents that pick up olive and exotic spice accents as the wine gains air. In a vibrant, fruit-driven style, offering appealingly sweet cherry-cola, blackberry, mocha, botanical herb and allspice flavors, along with suggestions of licorice and smoky minerals. Finishes extremely long and smooth, with a whisper of fine-grained tannins and an assertive echo of minerality."
