The Gigondas 'Racines' from Domaine Les Pallières is a classic Southern Rhône wine that embodies the rustic charm and power of the Gigondas appellation. Domaine Les Pallières is co-owned by the Brunier family of Vieux Télégraphe fame, and the 'Racines' cuvée is sourced from some of the estate's oldest vines.
It will pair beautifully with hearty dishes like roasted or grilled lamb, beef stew, or game. It also complements dishes with rich, earthy flavours, such as mushroom risotto or slow-cooked meats with herbs. The wine's robust nature also makes it a good match for aged cheeses.
