Nadine Ferrand and her daughter Marine are the muscle behind this remarkable estate. Located in the heart of Pouilly Fuissé, the 11.5 hectare vineyard produces award-winning Chardonnay across six appellations in Burgundy. The Domaine is dedicated to sustainable farming practices and traditional winemaking methods with a flare for innovation.
The Macon Blanc is made from grapes grown on clay-limestone soils which helps foster a good level of acidity. Once in the winery, stainless steel vinification and maturation tanks retain the freshness and fruitiness of this wine.

Try the Macon Blanc with a warm goats cheese salad: the chalky creaminess of the cheese is a perfect pairing with the fresh and zingy fruit flavours of the wine.

"1 ha of 30 year old vines, located on the top of the hill, next to the winery. Lovely honeysuckle and honeycomb notes, white flowers and a touch of cinnamon-dusted melon and tropical fruits on the nose.
