Each of Philippe's wines clearly express their terroirs and Colin treats each plot differently. Two-thirds of his 13 hectares are white, the other one-third red. He uses minimal chemical intervention, relatively low new oak (20-25%) and just a bit of lees stirring during elevage.

2020 was an outstanding vintage for Philippe and his team, that really took advantage of the unique conditions of the vintage to bring out opulence and purity of their fruit whilst maintaining a firm, taut minerality that is synonymous with the Domaine.

The Montagny, from the Côte Chalonnaise region, has notes of citrus, white flowers, and minerality.
