This 2018 Monthélie Blanc Champs Rond from Domaine Eric Boigelot is a superb single village Burgundy.

From close to the centre of the village, the Chardonnay vines provide aromas of vanilla, white flowers and hazelnuts. The palate delivers great freshness with chewy fruit. With a long finish of minerals, it is an excellent expression of Burgundy.
