Tenute Fiorebelli is located in the town of Negrar, in the province of Verona, northern Italy in the very heart of the Valpolicella vineyards. They specialise in the production of ‘Apassimento’ red wines.‘Apassimento’ is a special two-step drying process which makes grape lose up to 50% of their original weight in water. This drying process will concentrate the grapes’ color, substance and aromas. Amarone is the most prestigious wine of this method from Valpolicella. The wine produced by Tenute Fiorebelli is often described as a ‘mini-Amarone’.
