Session 3: Sustainable Superstars
Now that you’ve learned all about the basics of red and white wine, in Session 3 you’ll enjoy three less familiar wines at the forefront of the organic revolution in winemaking. What does organic wine mean? Where do natural and vegan/vegetarian wines fit in? The Wine Gurus will reveal all as we taste two fascinating under the radar gems from Italy alongside a gorgeous Spanish Monastrell.
Estancia del Silencio, Jumilla, 2018
Castello di Torre Elephas Rosso, 2019
Session 4: March of the New World Big Reds
To draw the series to a satisfying conclusion we’ll sample the delights of three powerful, knock-out reds from the New World. Forming the bedrock of a relatively new and super popular style of winemaking, you’ll get to try some of the world’s best-loved classic combos: Chilean Carmenere, Argentinian Malbec and Aussie Shiraz. You’re an expert now, well done!
