Rosade Furlane Merlot Venezia Giulia IGT, 2017: Fresh and straight-forward this wine offers damson and plums, a little earthiness and some cedar but a cleasning acidity, tannis and gentle alcohol.
Castello Romitorio Chianti Colli Senesi, 2017: A Sangiovese with a distinct character, which express the elegance of grapes cultivated in the hills around Siena.
Grace Bridge Pinot Noir, 2016: A great everyday Cali Pinot Noir with real depth and character that won't breat the bank. Red and dark fruit a vein of spice and a plump mid palate and finished by the smallest drop of Syrah.
Varner Foxglove Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017: “Foxglove's 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is gorgeous. Even better, it is also one of the very best values in California Cabernet readers will come across. A rush of super-ripe dark cherry, tobacco, liquorice and plum give the 2017 its racy personality." Antonio Galloni, Vinous
Quinta do Correio Tinto, 2016: A perfectly clear dark ruby colour, brilliant, with an intense fruit bouquet, with wild berries and pine needle notes. On the palate it is very supple with soft tannins and a nice finish.
Domaine Faury St Joseph Rouge, 2017: Lionel Faury's red is wonderful on the nose, frsh and lively with plenty of red berry and fine tannins - charming and moreish.
