"We’ve long been fans of this elegant bubbly, which we think delivers the perfect balance of the three F’s – fruit, freshness and fizz. Easy drinking without being the slightest bit mundane, the fine bubbles make this a good choice to pair with a light lunch – seafood pasta springs to mind. Prosecco does tend to be on the sweeter side, which isn’t for everyone, so we’re particularly taken by this extra dry version that’s been produced in a very hands-on, artisanal style. Primarily made with the typical glera grapes, this vineyard also uses a touch of chardonnay in its blend."
