The classic pairing for Chèvre and Goats Cheese is a French Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire, yet we’re adventurous souls here at Honest Grapes and we can find pleasure with Old World Riesling from Germany, New World Torrontés from Argentina, Semillon blended with Sauvignon Blanc, and of course a straight Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. For the very daring, a shot of Grappa works too.

If you have a platter of cheeses, pick the Riesling or a bottle of Champagne.
