World's End

World's End

“This is the North American Napa Valley outpost of Jonathan Maltus, who has a splendid reputation for his high quality offerings from Saint Emilion” Robert Parker. World's End, named after the district of Chelsea, London where Jonathan and Lyn first lived, is the culmination of over 20 years of winemaking in Saint Emilion, Bordeaux and overseas by Jonathan Maltus and his team. 2008 marked the beginning of what became a love affair between our French-inspired winemaking and viticultural approach and the beautiful landscape and terroir of the Napa Valley. Close cropping, double-sorting, lees in suspension, French oak are part of the norm. Emulating the estate in Bordeaux, World's End offers Single Vineyard wines from valley, ridge, and mountain and Reserve, varietal wines that will reflect the general diversity of the Napa Valley as a whole. Eight wines are made, living up to the reputation of producing ‘Old World wines in the New World’.
