Mas De Daumas Gassac, Blanc, 2020 (Languedoc-Roussillon)
Main grapes: Viognier, Chardonnay and Petit Menseng with a small amount of Chenin Blanc. A unique wine with lots going on. Medium-bodied, layers of tropical fruits and honey. Long finish. Food Pairing: French Onion Soup

Donnachiara, Falanghina Beneventano, 2022 (Campania)
Medium-bodied juicy and fragrant flavours of apricots and honeysuckle. Food Pairing: Creamy Chicken Orzo with mushrooms and bacon

Pouilly-Fuissé Vieilles Vignes Meurgey-Croses, 2019 (Burgundy)
Hints of spice, honey and toast with good minerality and a soft finish. Food pairing: Honey garlic butter baked salmon in foil

Fleurie, Vendanges Entieres, Jane Eyre, 2021 (Burgundy)
Gamay doesn’t get better than this! Juicy, touch of spice, lovey red fruits of blackberry and Cherry. Food Pairing: Creamy Chicken Orzo with mushrooms and bacon

Villa Sparina Barbera del Monferrato DOC, 2019 (Piedmont)
One of my favourite producers! Perfumed with violets & red berries. Juicy, round and vibrant with soft tannins and a long, lush finish. Also love the bottle on my table. Food Pairing: Venison stew

La Giaretta Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, 2018 (Veneto)
A big one for those cosier nights. Lush, velvety, hints of toast and cedar with a gorgeous long finish. Food Pairing: Braised duck in 5 spices
