This wine is offered En Primeur, with an est. delivery late 2024/early 2025.

Only a modest increase on 2021 volumes at this hallowed address, Pierre and Marianne harvested 25hl/ha compared to 18hl/ha in 2021. A torrential storm on 20th June particularly affected sites in Gevery Chambertin, with Marianne ruefully reporting a loss of 20% of their fruit across their prized Lavaut Saint Jacques plots. In better news they cropped at 40 hl/ha in 2023 so for those asking for allocations of the domaine’s top bottlings, another year’s patience will be required! Pierre said the 2022s have the precision of 2017 but more volume. They are only using 10% new oak on their cuvées and for the first time using oak from the local forests (made by Francois Freres).
