Château Canet, Alternative Chardonnay, 2021

The Château Canet Alternative Chardonnay is crafted with precision and elegance, showcasing rich aromas and flavours of vanilla and brioche that complement the purity of its fruit. On the palate, the wine is both fresh and structured, with a long finish supported by a backbone of refined fruit flavours.

Inspired by the great Chardonnays of Burgundy, Floris Lemstra drew on his years of experience in the region to create a wine that rivals the classics of the Côte d’Or. He selected a vineyard with a uniquely mineral soil structure, perfectly suited to the Chardonnay grape, to bring his vision to life. The result is a Burgundian-style Chardonnay with a modern twist—elegant, expressive, and unmistakably distinctive.
