The new releases from the extraordinary, trailblazing Bodega Chacra were an absolute joy to taste recently and we weren't surprised to see between 97 & 99 point reviews from James Suckling. We are pleased to offer the wines at shockingly reasonable prices.

The vineyards are farmed biodynamically, grapes are hand harvested, with the reds allowed to mature slowly in up to 20% new Burgundian oak barrels and bottled without fining or filtration. Bodega Chacra was Falstaff International’s top rated South American Pinot Noir producer in 2021, whilst the late release Pinot Noir "32" 2022 offered today is number two on James Suckling's top 100 wines of Argentina! The Pinot Noir "55" is also a stunner, having previously received 99 points from the Wine Advocate in 2021, making this one of Argentina's best value reds.

2023 ushers in a new era for the whites at Chacra, with two "best-ever" scores from Suckling. Made in partnership with Jean-Marc Roulot of Meursault fame, the Chardonnay is planted on limestone rich plots, much like the finest vineyards of the Cotes d’Or, giving the wines a real mineral streak. Aged predominantly in French oak but also clay amphorae, concrete egg and stainless steel, these have more than a touch of Roulot purity and finesse to them.
