Bonded wine deliveries & transfers

New orders & transfers

When you purchase wines in-bond or En Primeur, we'll contact you to check where you would like your purchases stored when they land. Until we receive new instructions from you, they are kept at our state-of-the-art bonded warehouse facilities .

  • If you are a new customer, we can create a paid reserve account for you, offering highly competitive rates for storing your wine until you are ready to enjoy it.
  • If you've ordered from us before, we'll send your wine to your usual location, unless you instruct us otherwise.
  • If you would like your purchases transferred to a third-party warehouse, contact us and we'll be happy to arrange it with your service provider, but a transfer fee will apply.


If and when you decide to have your wines delivered duty-paid, let us know by phone, email or using the form below and we'll arrange delivery.

A duty and VAT invoice will be prepared using the current tax rates and we'll email it to you, as well as a link to pay by card or bank transfer - unless you already have a direct debit mandate set up with us.

Your wines will be despatched once payment has been received and we'll send you online tracking from our high-quality couriers for your convenience.
