For my other whites I’ve picked the Vette di San Leonardo 2022, a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc that is as clean as a mountain stream, and Nadine Ferrand’s Pouilly-Fuisse, which is just stunning value for a delicious, food-friendly white Burgundy.

For tip-top drinking Bordeaux the Château de Claouset 2019 is a no-brainer, whilst Albert Bichot’s Horizon de Pinot Noir is the perfect drop for red Burgundy lovers with its perfumed red fruit.

Lastly, and for a splash of the New World, Mullineux’s Kloof Street Rouge is a beautiful South African red with just a hint of black pepper from one of South Africa’s most exciting producers. Enjoy!
