Collection: Domaine du Pavillon

Part of the illustrious Albert Bichot portfolio, Domaine du Pavillon is situated south of Pommard, in the Côte de Beaune, and the winery, cellar, 18th-century manor, and estate's 15 hectares of vines are all enclosed in genuine clos.
We’re strong supporters of Bichot, who make some of the most reliable, affordable Burgundy today, and Pavillon is no exception. It was a pleasure to work with them exclusively on a gorgeous barrel of Meursault “Criots”, a stunning lieu dit of 1er cru quality yet at a village price!
The Wine
The domaine makes excellent Corton (in both colours), extremely capable Meursault, and their benchmark ‘Clos des Mouches’ Beaune 1er Cru – a gorgeous white Burgundy that combines the structure of Montrachet with the amplitude of Corton Charlemagne for half the price. These are all wines that punch well above their weight and are worth seeking out.
