Nyetimber, Blanc De Blancs, 2015

Nyetimber owns 100% of their 170 hectare vineyards planted in West Sussex and Hampshire. Chief winemaker Cherie Spriggs worked in McLaren Vale and the Hunter Valley in Australia, Central Otago in New Zealand, Oregon and on Vancouver Island before joining Nyetimber and was awarded 'Sparkling Winemaker of the Year' at the International Wine Challenge 2018.

Uncompromising quality is paramount and the 1086 is only produced in ezxceptional years. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and the locations where they are harvested, can change frm one vintage to another. The blend is hand-seleced from their finest estate-grown wines and matrued on their lees for at least five years in the tradtional method. 1086 wines are characterised by their balance; acidity, length and texture are all beautifully judged and combine seamlessly on the palate.
