Taras and Amber Ochota make premium single vineyard blends from sites in different parts of South Australia. Fugazi is made from a parcel of old vine Grenache and is named (like most of their cuvées) after an American Punk band.

The Ochotas are part of a new wave of Aussie producers that make wines with elegance and balance - so fine wines but more drinkable than some of the blockbusters of the past.

Ochota Barrels, founded by Taras and Amber Ochota in 2008, is a winery in the Adelaide Hills known for its natural and creative approach to winemaking. Having first represented Ochota Barrels back in 2015 and running tastings with Amber and the late Taras, these wines are very dear to our hearts.
