Our Pol Couronne NV is as good a house bubbly as you’ll find. It can be enjoyed on its own but also pairs beautifully with prawn ravioli or risotto with green asparagus and mushrooms. Villa Sparina’s Gavi di Gavi is incredibly versatile with a lovely citrusy, fruity palate and subtle floral notes. Lastly, the Gazin Rocquencourt 2014 has been a favourite at tastings recently, bursting forth from the glass with lovely dark fruits and a level of complexity to rival a classed growth. Mature Bordeaux doesn’t get much better than this!
