Also sourced from the notorious Bloody Hill vineyard, this cuvee is similar to Timo's Close Planted Pinot Noir, except it is made with 100% whole bunch. The nose is bold and enthusiastically aromatic, while the palate is savoury with stunning texture and bright acidity. Basically this is an awesome wine in every sense of the word. Much like his othe wines, this is ready to drink but can be forgotten about in the cellar for a few years.
"On the nose there’s raspberry, blueberry, sour cherry and plenty of sweet spice. The whole bunch pressing give this wine an incredible texture – a little stalky but in balance with a cranberry accented acidity. Tannins are firm and layered, it will only get better with age."
