New Club Member Accounts

We've been building quietly behind the scenes — and the new Club Member Account is the result. It is the next step towards building the finest digital cellar experience available to any wine club member in the UK.

Over the past few weeks, a cohort of Cellar Plan Members put an early version through its paces: exploring, clicking, and sending us detailed feedback that shaped what you're looking at today.

Your Club Member Reserves show the wines we are storing for you, split into two tables: wines that have arrived in the UK and are ready to withdraw, and wines still maturing with the producer. We email you when the latter arrive.

A single combined table view is coming soon, along with cellar valuations, management of your Cellar Plan and more. If there's something you'd like to see, please get in touch.

Log in to explore, or read on for a full overview of what's new.

Interactive Charts

Each table has an interactive chart section above it, showing how many bottles you are storing with us:

  • Your wines are charted by region, country and vintage
  • Click on a chart element — e.g. a region in the pie chart — and the wine list below filters to that region
  • Click on a second chart — e.g. vintage — and the list filters by both region and vintage
  • Click 'Clear Filter' below the charts to remove all filters

Filter Wines By Their Maturity

Tabs across the top of the UK-stored wine list let you filter your wines by maturity:

  • Ready Now — these wines have matured enough to be in their prime. Click 'Deliver' on one or more wines to build a basket and generate a withdrawal request email. We'll send a Duty & VAT invoice and arrange delivery to your chosen address
  • Drink Now or Hold — you could withdraw these to drink now, but they will continue to improve for a while yet
  • Lay Down — these wines are not yet ready to enjoy. They will continue to mature in our state-of-the-art bonded storage

Wine Overview

  • Click on any wine and a pop-up will appear giving an overview of the wine, serving suggestions, food matching and tasting notes
  • We also show how the wine will mature over time, helping you decide when to request delivery
  • You can copy the overview to paste into a document, or download it as a PDF
  • If you disagree with any information, click the 'Feedback' button and we'll review it

WineChap - Head Wine Guru, Tom Harrow, in your pocket

We've trained an AI on Tom's knowledge and opinions so he can answer your questions any time, day or night:

  • Click the icon in the bottom-right corner to begin a conversation
  • Ask about your Club Reserves — how many wines you have, where they're from, what to pair with them
  • Ask what to buy next and WineChap will search our website for suitable matches — a Burgundy Pinot Noir at a certain price point, something to complement a meal or occasion
  • Ask what events we have coming up
  • Ask general wine knowledge questions — what the devil 'legs' are, for instance

Your conversation is saved across our website so you can refer back to it. In your account you can also view past conversations and delete questions and answers that are no longer relevant.

Offer Your Wines For Sale On Our Fine Wine Exchange

If you decide to sell your wines:

  • Click the 'List For Re-sale' button
  • A window will appear showing the commission rates we charge
  • Select how many cases or bottles you wish to re-sell
  • Enter the price you want to list at — you'll see your expected proceeds in the green box
  • When you're happy with the pricing, click 'Continue' and we'll receive your request
The wine will show as 'Pending' in the re-sale column, switching to 'Active' once the listing is live

Your Wine Guru will be in touch to discuss your proposal before it goes live on the site.
