Survey Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The prize draw is organised by Honest Grapes Ltd (“Honest Grapes”).
  2. Prize: One winner will receive a bottle of Pol Couronne NV Champagne, delivered free of charge to any UK mainland address. Delivery must be accepted at the address provided by the winner.
  3. Eligibility:
    • Entry is open to recipients of the Honest Grapes churn survey.
    • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK mainland.
    • Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
    • Employees of Honest Grapes, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to Enter:
    • Complete and submit the survey by 23:59 on Monday 25th August 2025.
    • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification:
    • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
    • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their survey response by 31st August 2025.
    • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of first contact, Honest Grapes reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  6. General Terms:
    • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
    • In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, Honest Grapes reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
    • Honest Grapes reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice, if circumstances arise outside of its control.
    • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
