The estate covers about 40 hectares, planted primarily with classic Bordeaux varieties. The terroir is composed of gravelly soils, which are ideal for producing structured wines with elegance and aging potential.
The Château Marquis de Terme 2021 is a quintessential Margaux, emphasising balance, finesse, and aromatic complexity. In a vintage marked by cooler conditions, the wine reflects a more classic Bordeaux style with fresh acidity, moderate alcohol, and a focus on purity of fruit rather than sheer power.
