Château Pavillon Beauregard Le Chapelain 2014 is a rich, structured red with a deep colour and a complex nose of ripe red and black fruits, prune, liquorice, and a touch of toasty oak. On the palate, it’s smooth and creamy, with firm acidity and well-integrated tannins.

This wine leans into the classic Pomerol style, thanks to its old-vine Merlot, which brings plush fruitiness and elegance. The 30% Cabernet Franc adds freshness and structure, ensuring great aging potential. Pair it with slow-braised beef in red wine with caramelised baby onions for a match made in heaven.

Château Pavillon Beauregard is an 8-hectare estate in Lalande-de-Pomerol, owned by the same team behind Château Beauregard in Pomerol. The vineyard is planted with 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, with vines averaging 30 years old at a density of 5,500 vines per hectare. Château Pavillon Beauregard has been certified organic since 2012.
