The entire production is estate grown, across four distinct vineyards: The Elms, Cornish Point (7.6ha), Calvert (4.6ha), and MacMuir (5.1ha), each farmed organically and biodynamically. Every vine is tended by hand, and every wine is crafted with minimal intervention, gravity flow, wild ferments, no fining or filtration.

Their Pinot Noirs have gained a cult following for their balance of perfume, elegance, and age worthy structure. The Block 3 and Block 5 cuvées are among the most sought after in the Southern Hemisphere and beyond.
