Early tastings suggest a beautifully classical Burgundy vintage - cooler, fragrant, elegant and shaped by low yields. And few express it better than Domaine Raquillet, whose wines once again punch well above their weight.

Critics consistently champion the domaine: Neal Martin calls the Vieilles Vignes “utterly delicious,” William Kelley praises its depth and precision, and Burghound regularly scores the wines at levels normally seen in top Premier Crus.

After years of gentle persuasion, François and Jeanne Raquillet have finally agreed to a special Tête de Cuvée barrel of their benchmark Vieilles Vignes - offered in a 12-bottle equivalent share, this is our most accessible Syndicate release yet.
