- Log in to your account
- Review the wines in your Club Reserves
- Decide the quantities to sell
- Send the request to us

2. Agree selling prices & we'll promote your wine
- We'll propose prices based on current market conditions to give you the best return we can, as quickly as possible
- If you're happy with our proposal, we'll list your wines with their own pages on our website
- People can purchase your wines online, but we'll also contact potential buyers directly

3. Receive payment
- Once a buyer has paid for your wines, we'll arrange the transfer to their storage account
- We'll pay you the agreed price 30 days after the month of the completed sale

Fine Wine Exchange Terms & Conditions
- Honest Grapes are happy to broker wines which have been purchased through Honest Grapes as well as other companies. All wines must be held with Honest Grapes before being listed for sale. Any fees for handling, transfer or condition reports prior to sale must be borne by the seller.
- Wines should be transferred to our bonded cellars at LCB Drakelow Tunnels. If you do not have a storage account, one will be created for you. Please contact info@honestgrapes.co.uk so that we can discuss your request before making any transfer.
- We can only accept in-bond wines for broking.
- Wines to be transferred to Honest Grapes from another company must be accompanied by original invoices and photographic evidence that the products match expected standards.
- Instructions to broker any products must be made in writing by the seller before being listed for sale.
- Any proceeds from sale will be contra'd against any outstanding balance with Honest Grapes. Remaining funds will be transferred to the seller at the end of the next month following the sale of said products, unless the seller has nominated to leave the funds on account for future purchases.
- Our commission for sale if keeping funds on account to be spent through Honest Grapes is 8%. Our commission for sale if the seller receives the funds to their bank account is 10%.
- Honest Grapes must be notified in writing if any wines should be removed from sale by the seller.
- When broking wines on behalf of the seller, Honest Grapes acts at all times as the agent for (and never as principal on behalf of) the seller. Honest Grapes will use best endavours to verify the condition of the product as displayed on the Honest Grapes website/s, though accepts no liability for any errors or issues surrounding these listings or products and makes no guarantees or assurances as to the provenance. The seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Honest Grapes and its directors, officers, agents, employees or associated representatives against any and all claims, demands, penalties, losses, liability or damage, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses asserted against, resulting from, or related to the provenance, condition or quality of the product sold by the seller through the broking process.
- If the purchaser of a product defaults on payment, or cancels the purchase, within 4 weeks of sale, then Honest Grapes accepts no loss or damage suffered by the seller and the products will be returned to the seller's ownership.
