2023 was challenging year for Ama and such is their commitment to quality that no Cru wines will be released. However Marco considered the Cabernet Franc from the prestigious Montebuoni vineyard, that is usually destined for Haiku, to be of such distinctive quality that it deserved to be highlighted in this vintage. Knowing of our appreciation for this fascinating variety and special barrels, Lorenza thought we would like to offer the few barrels produced of this new wine exclusively to our club members.

Not only is the wine excellent, but those joining the part syndicate will enjoy generous discounts on bookings for the restaurant and restored suites in the main Villa Ricucci overlooking the vineyards.

OUR GROWERS

Castello di Ama

Castello di Ama's origins trace back to Etruscan times, a testament to the enduring connection between this land and human creativity. Ama was owned by the Firidolfi family during the Holy Roman Empire.

The medieval castle that once graced these grounds fell during the Aragonese invasions in the 15th century. In the early 1700s, new villas rose from the same stones, marking the birth of the Castello di Ama estate.
