Each of Philippe's wines clearly express their terroirs and Colin treats each plot differently. Two-thirds of his 13 hectares are white, the other one-third red.
Philippe uses minimal chemical intervention, relatively low new oak (20-25%) and just a bit of lees stirring during elevage. His Burgundies are seamless – his understanding of expressing terroir is masterful.
Optimal drinking window: Now - 2030

What the critics say:
"From four plots, two on each side of the RN6. Pale lemon in colour. The bouquet enjoys a fresh toasty note alongside the flesh of ripened grapes. Quite rich in fruit but balanced by useful acidity, but overall richer than the 2020 was at the same time, though a tangy acidity at the back is helpful. Drink from 2025-2029. Tasted: October 2023."
