Edouard Delaunay — a négociant house with genuine roots in the Côte de Nuits — has fashioned a 2021 that reflects the vintage's remarkable character: a warm, dry year that delivered concentration without sacrificing the cool-earth freshness that makes great Burgundy worth the wait.

This is Pinot Noir with real structure, dark cherry fruit underpinned by iron and violet, the tannins fine but present.
