Les Demoiselles is one of Puligny-Montrachet's most coveted premier cru lieux-dits, sitting right on the border with Chassagne and sharing a boundary with Le Montrachet itself. Philippe Colin's version is everything you'd hope for: lean, precise, and tightly wound in its youth, with that distinctively chalky, almost electric minerality that separates Puligny from its neighbours.

The 2021 vintage, often overlooked in the shadow of the celebrated 2019s and 2020s, quietly delivered some superb whites — lower yields, good natural acidity, and wines with real definition.
