IPSUM means itself in Latin. The traditional method in Bordeaux is blending, however, the Siozard's wish is also to create single-varietal cuvées, hence IPSUM, an offbeat collection of fun, drinking Bordeaux that get to the heart of what makes each individual grape so satisfying.

Here is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, one of Bordeaux' most iconic varieties, and with zero added sulphur, the fruit profile is really something special.

"A classic example of what Cab should taste like! Full of blackcurrant, plum, and cassis, with just a subtle hint of green pepper. Its fuller bodied style is complimented by its firm tannins, intense fruit profile, and lovely spices."
